Recently I have been sitting with a team that has won a price at a Hackathon and are now getting their acts together in order to take next steps. We have been talking a lot about several topics on “what’s next?” and one topic is validation of assumptions and customer feedback in interviews (assuming the team has the right target audience 🙂 ). It is so important to act really unbiased when establishing the questions. It is important to get both: negative and positive feedback. It’s supporting learn and fail fast and also pivoting.
